welcome

Welcome to the One Tree Hill Newsletter for May 16, 2007!

Last week's episode proved that when Mouth is in trouble, the gang comes running. It's road trip time -- everyone headed to Honey Grove, Texas to rescue Mouth. Naturally there were some car troubles along the way, but with a little help from Chris Keller, they're back on the road in no time. Once there, the gang realized that it's prom night in Honey Grove, so they figure they might as well crash it. Nathan and Haley felt the love. Meanwhile, Lucas and Peyton heated up and Brooke decided that she is just fine as she is -- without a man.

quote of the week

"I know I said we could never be friends like we were before. Maybe we could be better." Brooke to her BFF Peyton

We have tons more awesome quotes from all four seasons -- read 'em here!

tonight's episode: drama for Nathan

Tonight at 9/8c, be sure to check out an all-new episode: "The Runaway Found!"

Just when you think that all is well with the young Scott family, more troubles arise. Nathan's mistakes with Dante could cost him his marriage and his future. Lucas locates the mysterious witness to Keith's murder and hears a shocking confession.

And it may take time for Brooke and Peyton to get over their ordeal with Evil Derek... but at least they'll do it together.

tree tunes

Naturally, the tunes in last week's episode featured some extraordinary songs from The Road Mix. It's the third OTH soundtrack -- and quite possibly the best!

a fifth season? we'll know tomorrow

E! Online's Kristin talks about a Season Five for OTH! Although Kristin admits that a well-placed insider told her that our favorite show is still "on the fence" when it comes to another season, she tells fans not to fret. She believes that the show's "…impassioned, die-hard fan base can't be denied by the network higher-ups." Way to go, Tree Huggers!

We've heard rumors about OTH's renewal, but it won't be official until tomorrow's CW upfronts. Check out the blog tomorrow -- we'll be live blogging the upfronts for the play-by-play of what we hope will be OTH's official renewal announcement.

Lee chats it up

In an honest and telling interview, Lee Norris (Mouth) opens up to Buddy TV about his character and how he got the role, what effects the real-life love stories have had on the show, and where he sees the show going next year. Best of all, he talks about the fans and how much they mean to him and to the show. Check it out here!

question of the week

Should Brooke stay single for awhile or is she better off with a guy in her life?
