Oh, Dean, you don't need to be such a tough guy. Still, we have to admit we laughed.

Jo sneaks up on Dean and jams a gun in his back.
Dean: Oh God, please let that be a rifle.
Jo: No, I'm just real happy to see you.

Aren't we all happy to see him. We loved how Dean called Jo on how easy it is to snatch a gun that's being jammed into your back – but we loved Jo punching him in the nose in response even more.

Jo: Most hunters who come through that door think they can get in my pants with some pizza, a six-pack and side one of Zeppelin 4.
Dean: (looking abashed) What a bunch of scumbags.

Heh. Poor Dean didn't know whether to take notes or yell that all those hunters were stealing his moves.

Dean: I know what you're thinking: Why did it have to be clowns!
Sam: Gimme a break.
Dean: You didn't think I remembered, did you. Come on, man, you still bust out crying when you see Ronald McDonald on the television.
Sam: At least I'm not afraid of flying.
Dean: Planes crash!
Sam: And apparently clowns kill.

It's hard to argue with that answer, Sammy.

The guys are sitting at the bar. Jo leans over and give Sam a significant look.
Sam: Oh yeah, I've gotta, um, I gotta go… over there. Right now.

Ash shows the guys his tricked-out computer that's monitoring all the possible warning signs of demon emergence.
Sam: Ash, where did you learn to do all this?
Ash: MIT, before I got bounced for fighting.
Sam: (Disbelieving) MIT?
Ash: It's a school in Boston.
