Diana interrogates Sam, asking him what he's been doing for the last year.
Sam: I'm taking a road trip with my brother.
Diana: How's that going for you?
Sam: Great! I mean, we saw the second-largest ball of twine in the continental US – awesome!

Dean and Sam discuss the possible case:
Dean: What do you think, Scully; want to check it out?
Sam: I'm not Scully; you're Scully.
Dean: No, I'm Mulder. You're a red-headed woman.

We loved how Sam had no comeback to that.

The guys pose as insurance agents to interview Karen:
Dean: Did Tony mention anything … unusual… to you in the days before his death?
Karen: Unusual?
Dean: Yeah, like strange.
Karen: Strange…
Dean: You know, Karen, weird!

Karen tells the guys that Tony saw a woman in a nightmare:
Dean: Did he say what she looked like?
Karen: What the hell difference does it make what she looked like?
The guys exchange panicked looks.
Dean: It's just… our company's very thorough.

Dean "confesses" to the video camera:
Dean: My name is Dean Winchester. I'm an Aquarius; I enjoy sunsets, long walks on the beach, and frisky women. And I did not kill anyone.

Oh, Dean, trust us – frisky women like you, too.

Diana and Sam discover Claire's body:
Sam: You know, I think this is bothering me.
Diana: Well, you are digging up a corpse.
Sam: (Dismissively) No, not that. (Smiling) That's pretty par for the course, actually.

It's official, Sam: Your life is indeed weird.

Dean attempts to make conversation with Pete while they drive:
Dean: So I'm being extradited to St. Louis, huh? And you just decided to transport me by yourself 800 miles at 2 in the morning?
Pete says nothing.
Dean: Oh, this can't be good.
Pete pulls over. Dean looks concerned.
Dean: Pee break? So soon? You know, you might want to get your prostate checked.

Ah, snark in the face of imminent death – that's the Dean we know and love.

Pete negotiates with Diana:
Pete: There's a way out. This Dean kid is a frigging gift. We can pin the whole thing on him. No trial, no nothing. Just one more dead scumbag.
Dean: Hey!
